Networking issues

Featured Replies

Unraid server 6.12.10

I have been having issues with my UNRAID server's networking.

I have two connections setup, one GBE to give access to the internet and a direct 10GBE to do machine to machine transfers.

I can't seem to access updates from the management interface (plugins, apps, OS) and I just noticed now that the 10GBE connection had broken somehow. I manually updated Unraid by copying over the installation files but am still having issues.

I'm not sure what went wrong - could someone please help identify how to fix both issues?

Thanks

Are these the IP addresses that you expect for your NIC's?

eth0 UP 192.168.50.244/24
eth1 DOWN
eth2 UP 192.168.1.2/30 metric 1

eth0 is the one that the GUI will be accessed over.  eth1 link is down...  eth3 is the 10Gb/s NIC

Thank you, yes those are the IP's I'd expect. I did have 192.168.50.244 off eth0 but tried switching the cable to see if it was the specific interface that was the problem.

Remove the gateway from the 10GbE NIC, only eth0 should have a gateway.

Thanks, I've done that.
