Couple of dodgy reviews, might want to do a bit of research before buying.

This is working well in my MacBook Pro but ONLY after I flashed the drive to the newest firmware.  There was an incompatibility between the SATA 1.5GB controller on the motherboad and the SATA controller on the drive itself.  It was fixed after the update and the drive has been running fine for the last 2/3 weeks in my MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard.

    The newest firmware (3.5.5 as of Jan 2012) is a must as older versions could result in some serious problems requiring a complete OS reinstall.  This drive is my boot drive on a MythTV system right now, no problems for me yet.
