Connection error via lan

Featured Replies

Yesterday, without making any changes to the system or the network, suddenly connecting to unraid on my network is impossible.

It does not respond to ping, nor can I access it in any way.

I took my server to another house, and when I turned it on it worked without a problem, but in the office where it is currently located there is no way to connect.

The operator's router has been changed in case it had a problem, but after doing so, it remains the same.

In short, the unraid server is inaccessible from my office, but it is accessible from my home.

I can't extract logs because I don't have a connection to the server.

Can someone help me please?

You can get the diagnostics from the CLI, see the link.
