Question about norco ss-400

In the process of upgrading my server from the icy dock non-hot swap cages in my CM 590 case to hot swap cages. Decided to go with the 4 tray norco ss-400 but have some questions: will they be compatible with 3 tb drives and does only one of the molex power connectors need to be attached to run the 4 drives? If they are not compatible with eventual 3tb drives, is there a cheap 4 in 3 cage that is rated well by fellow unraiders? Thanks.

    The cages know nothing of the drive capacity.

     

    A better question would be 'do they support SATA III?'  (I believe so)

     

    Only one molex needs to be plugged in.  There are two available for plugging in a hot spare power supply (not likely in the home environment.)
