Hi all.

 

I know this has been a topic brought up many times before, but I haven't been able to find a resolution from the previous threads.

 

Both of my disks have a spin down delay of 15 minutes set, but with all dockers off the disks will continue to spin throughout the night.

 

Also the "Spin Down" button when clicked does not spin the disks down.

 

Any help would be appreciated with this.

This is typical with some USB disks, use SATA if possible.

Both disks in question are SATA disks in a DAS.

 

It may also be worth mentioning that they used to spin down.

They are connected to Unraid via USB, I bet spin down will start working if you connect them directly via SATA.
