Home Assistant VM - Need help

For the last 2 weeks there has been something wrong with my VM's

 

For example, whenever I update the Home Assistant OS within Home Assistant, my who server stop responding. I can still ssh into the server and run basic command. Web UI just loads, If i try and reboot from the terminal, nothing happens. To get my server to work again I need to hard reset it. 

 

Can someone please help me with this as its SUPER frustrating.

    Configure browser push notifications
