January 13, 201214 yr Hi, Until now i have this setup: Unraid with movies, series, music, pictures, and homemade movies, trailers For the Movies, series pictures and trailers part, i use a dune base 3.0 to stream.. Together with unraid and yadis, this thing is really a beauty.. The only problem was music, each time i wanted to listen to music, i had to turn on the tv, to browse it.. I was fed up with it, so i bought a logitech squeezebox classic. Now before i go into this, i probably need to organize things? All my music is in one directory.. \Music this has 2 maps: \Music\Albums and \Music\rest The albums containt my albums The rest, is well, the rest containing 2000 files, not sorted, different genres, different artists etc etc I've already read a lot, and it seems i need proper tags? mp3tags? How do i fill in those tags? With 2000 files, i wont be a quick job Once properly tagged, how should i sort things? Once that is done, i need a squeezebox server running on unraid? Am i right? Or can i use something different for that in combination with the logitech sb? Also when i do the tagging, do i need to tag the album art with it? Even with single files? Or does squeezebox server do this?
January 13, 201214 yr No squeezeboxusers here? There are instruction in the Customization thread on installing squeezebox on unRAID... and there is a 5.0b11+ plugin to install it also.

Hard choice I cant get a 7.7 version of squeezebox working on 4.7 of unraid? damn I'm a bit afraid i will lose data if i go from unraid 4.7 to the latest beta... But that would mean i can stick to unraid 4.7 but then i cant use latest version of squeezebox Damn life is hard I know this isnt the place to ask but how big is the chance i will lose data (movies) when i go from unraid 4.7 tot beta 14?
January 13, 201214 yr I just did the opposite because of NFS issues so I went from the newest beta to 4.7 and didn't lose a thing.

January 13, 201214 yr ok will go beta then and try the squeezebox plugin when i lose data, i will come to you and pull your ears ! let us know how it goes. I bought a cheap readynas to use since it had scqueezecenter built in but have scavenged the drive since hard drives are so pricey now.
January 13, 201214 yr heaps? Too lazy to get to the last few. The auto taging can't tag all files and album art can be hard to find for some. Josh
