Docker cant see custom network

So i had to default my network setting and start again

But for some reaosn now, i cant get the docker service to see my 2 custom interfaces - All mac's, IP's, vlan tags in switch remains the same

Scratching my head as to why i cant select eth1 or 2 in my docker containers

Any one see what im missing?
