Flash drive is corrupted or offline.

Randomly this keeps happening. Not sure what to try next... Sometimes it takes a few days and other times it's just a few hours. Totally looks like its random.  A reboot always fixes it till it happens again.  The server is a Dell T7910.

Things I have done.

Replaced the flash drive.

Swapped to every USB port I have.

Tried multiple Unraid versions including the beta.

Attached are logs immediately after this occurred. (Before restarting)

Flash drive is dropping offline, if you have already tried all the ports and a different flash, it may be a USB problem with the board.
