Constant spam from spx_restservice?

Hey guys, while trying to figure out why every bookmark manager container freezes completely randomly and starts working again sometime, I stumbled upon the syslog and the constant spaming of spx_restservice every 10 seconds.

I cant figure out what it is, as there is absolutely no docs available anywhere. I attached the syslog and diagnostics below. Does anybody have an idea what this is or what is does?


This is the line:
