            I ordered 2 pro keys on Thurs PM, what it the usual turn around for them to be mailed?  the site said 24-48hrs but usually same day  ???

In almost every case where this is reported, this has been because the customer's ISP has blocked Tom's mail with the key file, treating it as spam.

 

If you have a spam folder, check there.  And send an e-mail to Tom. He will resend the file if needed.

Done both mate.  Sent a follow up email to confirm payment and receipt of correct details.

 

No email with keys or a reply to the follow up mail.

Perhaps an option to use the forum's private mail system will help.

If during payment a field in the payment system allowed the user to enter their forum id, the key could also be placed in that mailbox.

 

Just an idea.

Please send me p/m with the email address you used to order.  I don't see any email from the address you specified on your forum profile.

 

The keys are sent as email binary attachments.  From time-to-time someone emails us saying they didn't receive their key, but later found out their email provider or spam filter blocked it.

pm'd u.  checked my spam and junk folders, nothing came thru.  we have a pretty good filter, so maybe just 'lost in transmission' :)

I put my order in last night Australian EST and received in within hours (I was of course asleep at the time) but woke up to find the keys in my inbox.

Tom, I'm waiting on my keys. I put my order in last night also. EDT.

I also put a note on the order to send me a PM when the keys are sent so I could be sure it's not caught in a spam filter.

 

I did get the Thank you email from:
