July 14, 20241 yr I am currently in the process of setting up my newest server for my cluster, and have been jumping through hoops all night trying to figure this out (doesn't help that I'm new to the software as a whole) I've managed to get everything up and running in a general sense and am running tests on my big drives (x2 8b, with a 3rd en route), and I've scoured similar posts here for some advice and followed everything to the tee - but I cannot seem to get Unraid to see my M.2 drive, despite BIOS clearly seeing it as a boot option and when performing Hard Disk Health Checks. I just wanted to use it as a cache drive because that's apparently a HUGE thing with Unraid. It see's all of my other drives without any issues, but I got nothing on this specific one. System: HP Elitedesk 800 G3 Note: The drive was formerly an old OS drive for an old Lenovo laptop, but it has since been cleaned, reinitialized, and had a simple volume put on it. Each part of that process was only completed BECAUSE Unraid wasn't seeing it regardless of it's state, so I'm pretty much clueless at this point lol.
