Reboots hang/freeze after updating Unraid

Featured Replies

Hi All, whenever i update Unraid the reboot seems to hang for more than 20 minutes. I always have to do a hard shutdown and then reboot. However when unraid loads, it boots, i can mount the array fine, and the version number says its updated. This occurred on 6.12.10 -> 6.12.11 just now.

I've uploaded my diagnostics, not sure why this is happening? Any help would be appreciated.

And if you do a reboot without updating does it do a clean reboot?

Thank you for posting. No I havent tried doing that given the issue. I'll have to try in a bit.

If it does the same, and I expect it will, it should save diags from the time of the shutdown to the flash drive /logs folder, post those.

Do the diagnostics i posted show something about it?

Nope, the ones in the flash drive might.

Those were from the flash drive, or rather the diagnostics had saved there. Are there other diagnostics i should be looking for?
