PCHorn
Hi, I am a new Unraid user and created my 1st NAS server. I added a Share Access User. I tried logging in but it failed. I used the same laptop & browser as I've used to login using the root user. I reviewed the help files and I don't see what I have done wrong. Quote Link to comment
trurl
Only root has access to the webUI and command line and should not be used for file access. Users created in the webUI only have access to files over the network. Are you trying to access a public share? Quote Link to comment

JorgeB
Assuming you are using Windows, you can login by browsing the network or typing \\tower\media in Windows run/explorer. Quote Link to comment
