How To Remove a Drive and keep the data

I have searched on this topic and haven't found an answer. I think this should be a very simple procedure.

 

There is no parity drive.

 

I have 5 4TB data drives.

I have added a new 8TB drive, that is empty.

 

I want to remove one of the 5 data data drives, and move its data to the new larger drive.

At the end of the procedure, I will have four 4TB drives and one 8TB drive, all of them data drives.

 

What is the best way to do this?
