Do i need to set up the third device for Nividia Card

so.  I tired to pass thru my Nividia Geoforce Strix RTX 2060 6G card but I got the following error

After checking system harderware group 17 shows the following:

I didn't really understand it all that well, but I did look at the video that said something about having to edit the xml so that it points to the same device..  There are 3 devices listed here, do I need to  do the same thing for the third device.

Also I downloaded my Rom for my Strix Gepfprce RTX2060 but I couldn't find the section mentioned in the vide there's mp ,emtopm pf VGA amuwjere/   

do I still need to edit this?

using 6.12  with Ryzen 5  processor and a Strix B350F motherboard,  I aso read something about some AMD hardware having issues..
