Just upgraded my server and everything is sluggish

Hey all, I've been with unraid for about a year, mainly for plex and messing around with windows VMs. I used to use a TerraMaster F2-223, but recently upgraded to these parts. Set up went well, but everything feels sluggish. The UI gets a bit choppy at times, updating dockers takes forever. It's just overall slower than the TerraMaster. Any help is appreciated!

    Have you tried to boot other OS like Windows to see if the performance also got issue?

    Server load is very high, it appears related to docker, does it get better if you stop the docker service?
