January 21, 201214 yr So, I have been running it for 2 years. I have been with Time Warner Internet, then I just switched to Uverse. It has a built in router/firewall. I had it working yesterday, but I couldn't get SABNZBD to work, so I tried rebooting a few times, and now I cant connect to the server. It boots up. If I run ifconfig, it is getting my old ip address still of 192.168.1.103. I can't reach it from a web browser or telnet. It does keep telling me Done has non-inet addr, I do have a share called Done, but I don't know if that is effecting it. I have tried connecting to it from my netbook, phone and another pc. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks, Brandon
January 21, 201214 yr I dont know really anything about unraid as im still deciding which product to go with, but you say it has your old ip address. What is the IP of the computer your typed this post? Is it on the same network or does your new modem/router have a different default lan ip config?
January 21, 201214 yr Author WTF? I just tried for the 100th time to connect to it from my netbook and it worked. I couldn't connect to SABNZBD on it. I just did a clean shut down. I have had that issue in the past, where sometimes after a reboot, SABZNBD won't work, so I have to reboot a couple of times and it works. Hopefully it will work again after a reboot.
January 21, 201214 yr Author Well it came back up and I was able to connect again, SABNZBD did come up. Thanks for replying ootuoyetahi Now I need to figure out why I cant get SABNZBD to actually do it's work. I tried installing it on my PC, and it was able to get through the firewall, but the unraid server is not. Any suggestions? Thanks.
January 21, 201214 yr Well like I said I dont know much about unraid yet. You said you got a new ISP tough, and Im guessing a new modem and possible a new router. If thats the case, and this uses specific ports, are the opened?
January 21, 201214 yr Author I can get SABNZBD running from my pc, but not the server, no port forwarding is going on the router. Again thanks, I guess I will close this and start a different topic.
