New USB stick - MISSING GUID

Featured Replies

I'm currently trying to replace my super big USB Stick with a small one, so I chose from Spaceinvader One's video, the SanDisk 64 Go Ultra Fit, USB 3.2 one, to be more precise. Using the Unraid USB Creator tool, I found out that is has no GUID. Is there anything I can do to use it? Have I ordered a fake stick? (even though it was ordered from Amazon, sold by Amazon)

Thanks!

I have the same problem.

When I first opened the creator tool, the usb stick was shown with GUID and everything was fine. I didn't flash it and restarted the program later. Then the same stick, without disconnecting it between the two program starts, was shown with MISSING GUID.

From there on, I never got the Stick to work again with the creator tool. Changing USB-Port, restarting the PC, reinstalling the software, nothing helped.
It's a shame, that they can not make it work correctly.
