Easy way to move server 2008 installation

If anyone one had issues of converting server 2008 installation to virtual and back or switching between esxi xen or xenserver there is very easy way to acomplish this.

New partitions size must be same or larger than the original if we want to move to smaller partition then we need to srink server 2008 partition.

Server 2008 comes with backup tool, we need to use it to backup server 2008 to unraid or another hard drive.

Once server 208 is backed up we need to boot server 2008 into recovery mode and then select backup.

When windows starts to look for backup location, you must pres cancel then advence and select share drive or usb drive were server 2008 was back up and select volume that must be restored. After about an hour you shoul have server partition moved and reay to boot. Reboot server of vm and install proper drivers and tools.
