Cannot access Unraid via Unraid Connect

Hello.  I want to manage an Unraid nas.  All I can see in unraid connect is something.local, 192.168.1.68, and NasName. 
 

None of them work.  This nas is behind CGNAT, if I'm not mistaken.  How can I manage it?
