Hi,

I just installed ARC A310 to my system for Plex usage. I have trouble getting the GPU up and running. Any good ideas?

 

I'm running Unraid 6.12.10 and the kernel is 6.1.79-Unraid

 

It's recognized by lspci. Although, I'm not sure if the "Kernel modules" should also include xe.

~# lspci -s 0a:00.0 -k
0a:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation DG2 [Arc A310] (rev 05)
        Subsystem: Device 172f:3945
        Kernel modules: i915

 

When I try to find the card with intel_gpu_top, the only thing it sees is the integrated matrox GPU:

~# intel_gpu_top -L
card0                    102b:0532                         pci:vendor=102B,device=0532,card=0

 

Nor does the /dev/dri have any other devices available:
 

~# ls /dev/dri/
by-path/  card0

 

You will need 7.0.0-beta for ARC support

@JorgeB Any idea if Intel Deep Link will work natively/out of the box in Unraid version 7.0.0 or newer with the Intel Arc support being added? https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/adaptix/deep-link.html

Looks like it is windows only function. https://github.com/intel/vpl-gpu-rt/issues/279
