Will a motherboard with a Tesla P4 GPU boot despite having no video output?

Hi!

 

Currently have an old intel with an iGPU. I want to upgrade to an Asrock B550M PG Riptide with a Ryzen 3600.

 

I cannot find find any info as to if this motherboard will boot without a gpu. I do have a Tesla P4 though, and was wondering if that would be recognized as a gpu and boot even if it doesn't have a video output?
