Plex ui does not go to server setup

Aloha, beginner here. (6.12.11)

Installed plex in docker unraid and when I go to webui dropdown I get this page;

I should get this page;

What am I missing? Perhaps there is a way to access the page but what I've tried has not worked. Ideas? Mahalo.
