Trying to upgrade from 20tb to 22tb but I keep getting an error

Disk is dropping offline, replace/swap cables with a different disk and retry.

    Thanks. The exos hdd was trying to do a rebuild and it failed with 6 errors on the dashboard. The hdd was making some strange noises!! I replaced it with another exos hdd and it worked.
