hi i have had this issue multiple times  and i not sure whats wrong i notice some sync warning but i not sure what it means

i start off off copying 400-500mbs/s   copying then drops to 50mb/s  to 11mb/s  and stays around 30mbs  etc

its Sata SSD copying to a Array Share but it copies to the Cache drive first which is a nvme... maybe someone can tell me if they see something i need to fix  etc
