January 26, 201214 yr OCZ Petrol PTL1-25SAT3-128G 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) $120 shipped after MIR Write speeds are fast enough to saturate Gigabit LAN, so I think this would make a good unRAID cache drive. The capacity would be wasted on an HTPC boot drive.
