denovare
Hi all, I did something stupid and deleted the content of the docker overlay2 folder (/appdata/docker/overlay2) on my Unraid server. It doesn't seem to have too much effect before I tried to install the kasm docker container, which returns the following error using Dozzle log reporting: level=error msg=failed to mount overlay: invalid argument storage-driver=overlay2 Any way I can restore or rebuild the overlay2 folder? Any feedback would be highly appreciated! Edited August 9 by denovare addition Quote Link to comment
Solution JorgeB Posted August 9 Solution Share Posted August 9 Recreate the docker image/folder and it should resolve that. Quote Link to comment
denovare
Thanks! I just tried, by deleting the vdisk image and then recreating it. But the overlay2 folder is still empty and kasm returns the same error.. any other suggestions maybe? Also, when run 'docker info' it returns: Storage Driver: btrfs Btrfs: I think Overlay2 should have been in there as well if all was well? Edited August 9 by denovare Quote Link to comment
denovare
Weirdly, I removed the vDisk image again, then recreated it as xfs instead of btrfs, and now everythink is working again.. Quote Link to comment
