Consistent Hard Crashes

My 6.12.10 system has been hard crashing 1-3 times per week for about 6 months now. What I mean by hard crash is the entire system freezes, becomes unresponsive to even local keyboard input and must be physically powered off then back on. I replaced all of the RAM with brand new sticks and replaced the boot flash drive, too already. The only correlation I can seem to find is it usually crashes within a few hours of a larger amount of new files being added. As an example, I added just shy of 100 new TV show episodes between 10pm and midnight yesterday and it crashed at 4:15am this morning.

Unfortunately there's nothing relevant logged, this can be a hardware issue, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker containers/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.

You're suggestion is appropriate and sensible, it just runs my Plex dockers, so I am avoiding keeping that off if possible, but that might be the best way to narrow it down, unfortunately.
