Hi Everyone

 

I am new to Unraid started using it a few weeks ago.

I access the UI using the IP address. Tried multiple browsers (and devices phones laptops), none can access.

 

But ;

Plex is working fine

& I can access files in my network storage on my MAC client normally.

 

Just can't reach the WebUI.

 

Not technically as gifted as some of you might be here. Hence seeking help

Are you also accessing these by IP address?

No, I am accessing Plex via client app

and

I can see my NAS as my Network storage on my MAC and accessing it like I would access any normal drive.

Please post the diagnostics.
 

I tried to check connected devices using command 'arp -a'

 

all returned results were similar but the NAS IP came as :

 

(my NAS IP address) at (incomplete) on en0 ifscope [ethernet]

ssh doesn't do anything throws rather an error.

 

"ssh: connect to host [my ip] port 22: Operation timed out"

Also Telnet

telnet: connect to address [my IP]: Operation timed out

telnet: Unable to connect to remote host

Can't Telnet - can't SSH - not sure how to post diagnostics. A little more handholding please ? Unfortunately not technically gifted

You can use the monitor and keyboard or IPMI (if supported) on the server.
