It seems harmless as far as I can see.

 

Is the a new version of Unmenu for Unraid 5? I'm on 1.5 rev. 241.

It is mostly harmless.

 

Just use the check for updates button on the User Scripts page to see if you have any updates.

Does not have to be a Dell.  Can be anything.

 

Only the obvious suggestion...

 

Turn off one device at a time until they stop.
