Removed GPU without unchecking it in System Devices now I can't use any VMs

Title. I keep getting a "Device 0000:01:00.1 not found: could not access /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:01:00.1/config: No such file or directory" error. The graphics are set to virtual so I'm not sure what I need to do. Thanks!
