System not booting.

I actually don't think this is directly related to Unraid as the same error occurs with no USB for the OS.

I just did the upgrade to the latest official release and after reboot get this screen. I'm guessing a hardware error of some kind although the LSI controller boots and finds my drives, then runs the next stage and gets this screen?
 Any opinions/advice please?

That is booting to the UEFI shell, check the boot order or see if the flash drive is still booting.
