August 18, 20241 yr Since months I have a big problems with Unraid 6.12.6. I've been trying to update version 6.12.6 for months, always with error messages and to no avail! All of this happened immediately after I bought the basic version and I've already written to support twice and haven't received a response for months! What can I do? What's the problem and how can I update? I thought unraid would run properly but I'm very disappointed! August 18, 20241 yr Community Expert Looking at your post history, it shows you were asked to share diagnostics in your support thread, and you never responded. Also looks like you bought a cracked version, which probably explains some of the issues.

I am 100% sure that I do NOT have a cracked version because I specifically bought one directly from Unraid.net's homepage!
