I don't think this has ever happened to one of my support requests, but it has been a week and I haven't had a response to my support post. Do I repost? not sure what the polite way to say I still need help is lol

Did you get an automated response when you made the request?   If not I would think it did not go through for some reason.

I think he meant a support thread on the forum.

If your thread received no answers, you can bring it back on the first page after a day or two.

 

I would guess that during summer, fewer people are on the forums. So the chances of another user seeing it and being able to help you would be lower.

 

If it is about a docker container, you should probably ask on the container support thread.
