August 21, 20241 yr I've been having a couple issues lately with a HDD from my array show as not installed as well as GPU not showing up. I just swapped over my HBA and GPU around in their PCI slots on the motherboard which seems to have fixed my GPU issue. This swap has also now decided to show my missing HDD upon reboot under the 'Disk Drives' section. This is the first time since it started showing as not installed at has appeared at all. I tried to stop the array and add it back under 'disk 4' but it didn't seem to do anything. It is letting me preclear. Should I do this and let the array rebuild the drive?
August 22, 20241 yr Community Expert Disk is not even giving a valid SMART report, it may have failed, try swapping cables with a different disk and post new diags to confirm.
