Files and folders cannot be found but media is available in plex

Featured Replies

I am totally losing my mind. I am trying to figure out why I cannot access my media folders even though the media is available in plex. I can play the media, but I cannot delete the folders that end in \r. I also cannot even see the files in those folders. In the terminal screenshot, you can see that the directory exists but when I try to open it it says no such file or directory.  I have used the unraid tool to update permissions and tried chmod -r 777.

I also cannot delete any of these folders or files that end in \r

\r is the escape character for "carriage return", any idea how that ended up on those folders? See if you can rename them.

Man I wish that had worked it would have been so easy. I tried renaming them, and unfortunately, it did not fix the \r, and the files are still inaccessible. I tried this via the UI as well and it did not work.
