Just wanted to share my first unRAID build with a DZ68BC Intel Motherboard that has 8 sata ports, For starters I'm using 3 Seagate Barracuda 2.0 TB drives two for data and one for parity, for cache drive I'm using a Runcore proV 100GB SSD drive, Core i3 2100 processor and 6 GB of generic kingston RAM, so far so good!!!

    Good to hear... I was looking at the same motherboard for my first build given that it has 8 Sata ports as well as intel nic and onboard video. Is you experience still positive given that you posted this earlier this year?

    It's a good motherboard for second generation processor.I am using this motherboard into my PC.It gives me a good support as well as it's good for the long run.
