Question about VM Pausing itself

I've checked the logs and can't figure out why its doing this , I checked the free space and there is plenty, Have included the Diags this is the reforger server VM:

AFAIK there are only two reasons VMs pause, not enough space or the VM OS is set to sleep/hibernate.

I think JorgeB with the W again, I could have sworn I had set the power plan in windows on the guest to High Performance, for some reason it didn't seem to take I shall see if it works now thanks again.
