what would 4tb drives be before the flood?

From now one I am purchasing 4tb drives, have read that this will be the max capacity for some time.

 

so I know the 4tb drives were not out before the flood but if the flood didn't happen was would the estimated price be ? 5400rpm version

 

ok maybe 5tb drives will be out by the end of the year.
