I just installed a new SSD and intend to use it for data cache. Already have a NVME for appdata.

 

This SSD is connected through a LSI in IT-mode (first time user). It seems to be connected ok and shows up on the Main dashboard. First in unassigned disks, then I added it as a Pool Device. Clicked the Format button and now I get the "Unmountable: Unsupported or no file system" message.

 

Some specs:
LSI card: INSPUR 9211-8i
Motherboard: MSI H410M PRO

 

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm an idiot. Somehow the formatting had't been executed and I had to tick the "Yes I want to do this" checkbox and format properly. Sorry, learning everyday :)
