September 3, 20241 yr Following these instructions for version 6.12.13 https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/manual/shares/user-shares/#moving-files-from-a-pool-cache-to-the-array Screenshot of the share configuration, the confirmation on the from shares page of the location and the limited log entries relevant Once I initiate the Mover from the Main tab, it runs for about 10 minutes and when finished - the isos shares are still located on the Cache VM/Docker disabled prior to running Mover I haven't found a really good way to troubleshoot the mover Any thoughts?
September 3, 20241 yr Community Expert You are likely to get more infirmed feedback if you attach your system's diagnostics zip file to your next post in this thread. You can activate the mover logging to get more information logged. Do the files already exist on the array? Mover will not overwrite existing files.
September 3, 20241 yr Community Expert Solution You are using the mover tuning plugin, so you should uninstall it and retry, or if it's not working as expected, ask in the plugin support thread.
