(SOLVED) Trying to Install PHPVIRTUALBOX - save not woring on web server

So according to the forums, the easiest way to install PHPVIRTUALBOX is to point the webserver to the extracted files.

 

I put the extracted files on my flash drive.  I can get to \\server:89 fine.  When I go to personal web setup, I enter the path of the files, and a random port...hit save and nothing happens....

 

I even tries a different file path, and I tried from 2 different PCS to rule out a browser issue.  I am using unraid 4.7 and the unraid web package from unmenu
