Unable to locate Unraid server in local network.

Featured Replies

Hi all, need some help I was running a firewall box previously and this thing stopped working ,I went ahead an reset the network everything was fine I could find my other Unraid server and all other devices attached to the network wired or wireless with the exception of this one Unraid server, here is the few things I have done with the limited knowledge I have:

1. Changed cable

2. Change switch port

3. Changed NIC card (tried USB c and PCie cards)

4. Connected to another location totally different.

The computer seems to boot fine and runs fine, I will connect a monitor and a keyboard and mouse after this to verify that something is happening, not sure if there is anything going on with the USB drive. But from this point on is just shotgunning on my part.

I tried looking for help all over but have not been able to find anything that I find to be related, must of what i find is windows related etc.

P.S I can not locate the server when using the router device list, or using angry IP scanner etc.

Any help/guidance will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
