Drives disappear when adding to array

After I formated my drives from 520 to 512, I can now see the drives in unraid. But when I try do add drives in array they dissaper

I added the new diagnostic for further help

    Disks are still not responding correctly, they may have some write protect feature enabled or encryption, this is fairly typical with used SAS devices, this thread may help some:
