Apps tab stuck on "Updating content" forever

I've tried googling the problem, came upon some old solutions. For example some people said Firefox doesn't work, go with Chrome, I've tried both, always hangs up on "Updating content".

 

Some people said it's a DNS issue, I've tried changing the DNS server addresses in network settings as per the screenshot (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4. and 0.0.0.0), it still hangs up, doesn't solve the issue.

 

Those were the two main solutions, I've no idea what else to try. Anyone have an idea?

Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
