unable to delete uninstalled docker folders from appdata

i can't seem to delete some uninstalled docker folder from my appdata

• photoprism (75GB of files)
• mariadb
• swag
• data (empty folder), no idea which docker this is from

i've tried different ways of doing it and getting the same message "read-only file system cannot remove", particularly for photoprism. the other folder would get remove, and reappear after a reboot.

the folders are in /mnt/cache/appdata/

 

things i've tried

• using MC
• unraid build-in file browser
• dynamix file manager
• cleanup appdata plugin
• via unraid console sudo RM -rf command
• changing photoprism ownership from nobody to root
• turning off docker service and deleting the folder.
