September 11, 20241 yr Hello i have this Problem: Syslog is attached. i didn't had this issue before. Before that issue the server had Problems to start i had to change usb port and reset the bios. Then i started the data mover and then this Problem occoured. Can any body help or do i have to change the HDD? unraid-syslog-20240911-1351.zip

I did find thies in the SMART Table 199 UDMA CRC error count 45 This is a hard drive western digital red which was 4 years in a productive system. do i have to change this hdd? can i change it with one with 2 TB temporary? September 12, 20241 yr Community Expert If the emulated disk is still mounting and contents look correct you can rebuild on top, probably a good idea to replace the cables first to rules that out: https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/manual/storage-management#rebuilding-a-drive-onto-itself
