Unraid and dockers freeze when changing time zone?

Hi all,

 

I am a little confused by this.  For whatever reason, my unraid set itself up into Pacific time zone.  I am located in Central.  Whenever I try to change it, all my dockers freeze and all details.  I can still navigate through unraid and to the dockers, but nothing anywhere will change.  Changing it back to PTZ and everything starts working again.

 

Any ideas here?  I'm fine just leaving it set up to PT if it means things will work, just thought it was very odd.
