Tetsuo Posted September 14, 2024 Posted September 14, 2024 (edited) Hello Unraid swarm, i need a bit of help here. Since roughly 2 months my trusted Unraid server intermittently just locks up. Webgui unreachable, SSH unreachable, obviously all Dockers/services unreachable and no display out to my piKVM anymore. Only a hard reboot helps to revive it in these situations. Pulled diagnostic data after it happened the second or third time and got rid of some old plugins and usued dockers after that. All seemed well until it just happened again. In syslog i find a ton of general protection faults but i can´t make out what the root cause would be. Attached both Diagnostics here. The old one and the recent one from today. Any help is highly appreciated. skynet-diagnostics-20240804-2052.zip skynet-diagnostics-20240914-2005.zip syslog-10.10.1.10.log Edited September 15, 2024 by Tetsuo Added historic syslog Quote

Already had that running. Must´ve mixed them up in my tabbed Editor. Syslog now attached as well. Quote
Tetsuo Posted September 16, 2024 Author Posted September 16, 2024 Sigh. I should really double check. Sorry for the incovenience. Here´s the correct one: syslog.log Quote
JorgeB Posted September 16, 2024 Posted September 16, 2024 Difficult to say if all the call traces are hardware or software related, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker containers/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.
